30 minute yoga, pranyama & meditation

We all know we need to spend more time meditating and moving our bodies. Although I try to commit to this every day, I still find it a struggle managing the balance between life and work. This is a wonderful 30 minute video that runs through ten minutes each of yoga, pranyama and meditation. It’s really the perfect way to start a morning without taking up too much time.
